How to schedule emails on Gmail?
Now scheduling our mails on Gmail is really simple, all you need to do is to follow these steps.
Step 1: Open the website of Gmail in which you will compose an email, after which you add the message body in the mail and in the end you specify the recipients in various sections such as the To, Cc or Bcc fields. So, now your mail is ready, you must be thinking of pressing the ‘send button’ but here you want to schedule your mail, not send it. Let your message stay in the drafts folder of your mail box.
Step 2: Now you need to visit the add on store of Gmail that has the option of the blue “Install” button that you need to click on, in order to add Email Studio to your Gmail account.
Step 3: Once your Email Studio add-on gets installed, you need to visit the Gmail mailbox after which you open any message that you have in your inbox. Also, you need to note that you have to open your message inside the Inbox folder (not the drafts folder) because Gmail add-ons still aren’t visible in the drafts folder.
Step 4: Now you will get to find the Email Studio icon which is in the right sidebar. Simply click on this icon and open the add on after which you need to provide the authorization.
Step 5: There will be a list of the services that are available in the Email Studio sidebar. Just click on the Email Scheduler service after which you need to choose Add New Schedule in order to schedule the draft message.
And you are done! It is that simple after all!
